GOTS Certificate No. 823400 - The Nest Bedding Piper Certified Organic All Latex mattress in partnership with OMI uses the highest-quality certified organic wool and cotton raw materials and fabric available, which are certified to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) by Control Union. The aim of the Standard is to define requirements that ensure the organic status of textiles, from harvesting of the raw materials through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing all the way up to labeling, in order to provide credible organic assurance to the end consumer. The GOTS certificate can be viewed here.

GOLS Certificate No. CU823400 - The Nest Bedding Piper Certified Organic All Latex mattress, in partnership with OMI holds this certificate for the latex core used in this mattress. This standard ensures that no less than 95% pure natural rubber latex is used. The GOLS certificate can be viewed here. 

UL GREENGUARD Gold No. 97995-420 & UL GREENGUARD No. 97995-410 - Certifications maintained by OMI. These can be viewed in the UL database here.

Shipping Information, Returns, and Exchanges

Currently produced in 6-7 weeks. Shipped in multiple boxes.

Shipping is free and, depending on your location, will ship via freight UPS or UPS ground shipping. Shipping times can vary from 3-8 business days, depending on your location in the USA. *Additional shipping rates apply on all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

All mattresses will wear down over time. So, we've designed the Piper Certified Organic All Latex mattress with a zipper to allow you to get the most out of your mattress and decrease the amount of mattress waste in our landfills.

During your initial 365-night trial, you may exchange to another feel by simply unzipping your mattress and placing a new comfort layer inside. We suggest that you rotate or flip your feel layer every six months to distribute wear evenly. *An exchange is $100.

If decreasing waste and getting more out of your mattress isn't enough, you can also opt to purchase a comfort layer from us years down the road. This allows you to double or even triple the lifespan of your Certified Organic All Latex!

The Comfort Layer

This organic mattress comes with an industry-leading Greenguard Gold certification, to ensure the highest possible quality latex goes into this mattress. The organic version is ideal for our most sensitive sleepers. We have encased our organic latex in a breathable but durable organic cotton gauze. This will allow you to adjust and move your latex with more ease. 

Coupled with the option to exchange the top layer of this mattress years and years down the road, this mattress is worth the investment.

Organic Through and Through

We use unbleached GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton knit and woven fabrics to create a high-quality exterior cover. No chemical treatments. GOTS certified organic wool which has been sourced from New Zealand, where the highest standards and regulations are adhered to in the world. GOLS (Global Organic Latex Standard) certified organic latex used in this mattress is the purest available. Free from synthetic fillers, then wrapped in an easy to move layer of organic cotton.

Construction plays a crucial role in how a mattress dissipates heat, as all mattresses will absorb energy from your body while you sleep. We took this into account when designing the Piper mattress as latex is known to be a breathable material that does not retain heat, making it a great replacement to all-foam constructions. Organic cotton and wool fabric provide for optimal temperature regulation. Together with a proper foundation and naturally cooling sheets, these features will bring you an excellent night's sleep, guaranteed.

How does it ship, and how long does it take to expand?

The Piper Certified Organic All Latex mattress will ship as unassembled components, folded and rolled in 2 large cardboard boxes. Once assembled, your certified organic mattress will reach its intended height within 12 to 24 hours.

How do I assemble this mattress?

We recommend assembling the Piper Certified Organic All Latex with two people, as latex can be fairly heavy. Assembly instructions are included in the mattress box or may be viewed online HERE.

How do I perform an exchange?

Nest Bedding is the only mattress company that allows a no-return exchange. The Piper Certified Organic All Latex can be unzipped to reveal a swappable firmness layer.
